Skin colour is an important accessory. White legs take the punch out of this ensemble. Also, too much classic styling mixed (RayBans, Jacket, Kilt, Doc/knocks seems (to me) to clash and break apart rather than bring together the look. A case of over-ensemblage in an attempt to cover up the incongruous parts. The kilt adds a good bang though!
