Let´s PAAAAARTY tonight… I´ll be taking pictures, so everybody dress up.

I like his timeless look. It´s so French. By the way: the cardigan is his wife´s. Truely effortless unisex.

I will go to Vienna for a couple of days. Tomorrow night, I will shoot the party crowd at Fluc. And of course, I will hit the streets during day time. It’s been years since I was in Vienna last time, so I am really curious.

With the Paradiso Tanzbar Munich´s first New Burlesque bar opened its doors in a location where icons like David Bowie or Freddy Mercury used to hang out in former times.

This young man from Munich studies fashion design in Antwerp. No wonder he is wearing Stephan Schneider and Walter van Beirendonck. The outfit as a whole reminds me of a judoka dress.

Here is a short glimpse on Patrick Mohr´s current collection. The shoes I like best: old ice skates with the vats removed. Great idea.

I met him at Centre Pompidou where he was selling his nice arty photos from Paris. Don´t know if intended or not, but I loved his sublime national consciousness.

L.A. based artist Adele Mildred brought some Old Hollywood glamour to Paris. She wears all vintage, except for the dress which is by herself.

Hannah wears Yigal Azrouel jeans and bag, the rest is vintage. I love the short armed coat along with the brown shoes. Everything looks so easy.

You sure do know the first guy, the other one is Phil Oh from Streetpeeper. There were quite a lot of bloggers in Paris during fashion week. Always nice meeting them.

Apart from the fashion crowd I took some pictures of “real” Parisians, too. I was waiting in front of the Ann Demeulemeester show when this student passed by. I liked her style for not being fancy and loud. Just simple everyday elegance, exactly the right pick for going to a university lecture. She was a little shy when I took the pictures because her friends were watching, but she did great anyways.

Probably anybody has worn a pair of Dr. Martens shoes sometime, mostly as teenagers. But I cannot remember having met anybody combining them in such perfect classical manner as this Italian gentleman does. Definitely rocks!

Designer Quentin Veron wears mostly vintage and Swedish photographer Jenny Lexander chose one of his creations.

Of course, at the shows you meet mostly people working in the fashion industry. I tried to cover the fashion crowd as well as some “real” looks from the streets of Paris. Though I have to admit that this time it was more the fashion crowd… I got somehow fascinated by this crazy fashion circus. I think I want more.

This lovely lady has convinced me that finally it is possible to wear loose jeans again. And her shoes… I love her shoes!

On Monday morning, I saw this guy right in the street where I was living. High fashion dress, white socks… interesting. He was busy talking on the phone so I looked for a background first. Then I asked him if I could take a picture for my street style blog and he was very kind and said yes. He was waiting for his taxi to come and seemed to be in quite a hurry, but it was enough time to take some shots.

I wanted to know if he was working at the fashion week. “Kind of”, he replied. After having taken the pictures, I asked him to fill out a form with his name and contact data as I always do. When he signed it I just said: “Oh my god, it´s you” - Marc Jacobs gave me the sheet and got into his taxi. What a nice person. And what a great beginning of my Paris fashion week adventure.

Back from my Fashion Week adventure in Paris. I had some great days and pictures with some good stories I exerienced will follow from tomorrow on.

Munich based designer Patrick Mohr (showroom at Rendez-Vous in Paris from 2nd to 5th October) will show his latest collection tonight and there is an exhibition of some fashion photographers, too.
